About

We are Maggie and Jim and we live in Sunderland in the North East of England with our Cotons and  ageing cat.

We got our first Coton in February 2003 – Cotonbells Star of Gigha at Cotonalba. Maggie devised our kennel name. The first bit is self explanatory but the second part is based in the ancient name for Scotland [Alba] but also derived from the Latin [albus/alba] for white.

We are committed to this delightful breed and have shown our dogs all over the UK and several countries in Europe with considerable success. Our puppies, owned by other exhibitors, have also been successful.
